MARVEL Crisis Protocol
Here’s the basics. The miniatures game is set in the Marvel universe and all about superheroes and super villians duking it out on the tabletop.
- The miniatures are hard plastic on sprue.
- You will be able to mix and match teams of both heroes and villians to your heart’s desire.
- The in-game action will be epic, and comic-worthy. Examples given were the Hulk throwing buildings, or Red Skull bending reality.
- The in-game resource is “power” earned and spent by various actions as well as spent on unique abilities shown on the character cards.
- There are “Team Tactic Cards” allowing powerful combos.
- The core boxed set will contain 10 superheroes followed on quickly by individual character packs.
- Hero list construction is based around a selection of 10 characters per player, and missions are combined by selections by both players which merge into the final mission goals.
- Game ships in Fall 2019
- Monthly expansion pack(s)
- Organized play will include multiple length day events, and unique prize support.
- The game will have multiple modes of play and events from casual to competitive.
