Bruce Wayne and Co. return to the screen this weekend. Join the One of Us crew for their The Batman review.

Before we jump in, let’s look back at Batman in cinema, how the movies link to the comics, and debate which Batman is the best.

The Batman Review

A new version of the Batman mythos has been launched by director Matt Reeves with Robert Pattinson donning the cowl and cape. It’s year two for Bats and he’s pretty pissed off. There is no Bruce Wayne persona other than being known as a completely reclusive rich guy. Everything for him is stopping crime in Gotham city and his legend has begun to spread and ‘strike fear into the hearts of criminals.

When a new criminal calling himself The Riddler (Paul Dano) starts murdering people and leaving cryptic messages behind, Batman gets drawn into the case. FINALLY using actual detective skills, Batman has to track down the killer. But he’s got help from Selina Kyle aka Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz) and Captain James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright).

Chris, Danni, Tessa, and Wright crack open the old Bat-computer and look for clues as to whether this is the best Bat-film yet, or just another entry in a long list of bat-stories.
