We’re a little past the 1/2 way point in August 2022 so why not check in on the Rumor Engines from last year? Did they all get revealed? Are we still waiting for these miniatures? What the heck was that thing anyhow? Let’s check in and find out!

This Rumor Engine turned out to be the Sagitaur ATV for the Leagues of Votann!

That’s quite a lot of Leagues of Votann stuff from last year. Considering we don’t have those models yet it’s kind of amazing to think about how long GW has been sitting on these kits! It’s been over a year since those pictures were taken — which means the models had to be done before that…which means those kits had to be produced in some way even before that!

If you keep backing up in the production process and think about all the steps it takes to bring a plastic kit from concept art to a finished product… it’s a lot. I really like these teasers from the Rumor Engine. I just wish they weren’t all so far out from getting into our hands all the time! But hey, I still appreicate these “long game” teasers from Games Workshop.
