Total War: Warhammer 3 – Change, Decay, And Proably Rage On The Roadmap To The Future
Total War: Warhammer 3 looks ahead to the grim darkness of 2024 and beyond. Their Road Map reveals change, decay, and more.
Now that the Chaos Dwarves have begun their terrible work in pursuit of Hashut, the devs at Creative Assembly are looking ahead to the future. The trick is trying to divine the future always catches the eye of Tzeentch.
Which is especially good in this case, because Tzeentch is coming up next for Total War: Warhammer 3. And not long after, a bit of Nurgle. After that? It’s anyone’s guess, but the road ahead for Total War: Warhammer 3 looks paved with Chaos and combat.
Total War: Warhammer 3 – The Road Ahead
The road ahead is full of promise. Patch 4.0 lurks in the not too distant future, and with it, comes Tzeentch. And also Cathay and Kislev. All three of these factions will see some improvements and new options as the Immortal Empires expansion really gets down to the business of conquest and campaigns.
Perhaps most excitingly for some will be the new Immortal Empires achievements. Now you’ll have a record of your accomplishments throughout the Old World. Along with “race updates” presumably for more than just the three factions. We’ll also get a look at more Campaign AI improvements and Settlement Battle tweaks.
Later on down the line, Nurgle arrives with the Throne of Decay, and something called the Nemesis Crown. As well as the usual Legendary Hero and then some. Finally 2024 kicks off with something that seems a little bit more like Khorne. A bit of red, which could maaaaybe be Slaanesh, but the fix is still out for that one. At any rate, the next year looks pretty exciting for Total War: Warhammer 3.
