Age of Sigmar: The Harbringers Are Coming
Games Workshop teased the next big event for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar and the harbingers are coming soon.
Back in April GW teased the Harbingers were coming. They teased four new champions for various factions were set to arrive to usher in the next big event for the Age of Sigmar.
We know the Dawnbringers are coming and we know who they are.
And today we get a look at a story about what they are up to.
Dawnbringer Chronicles
The first gruesome tale introduces us to Sir Jerrion – the Marrowscroll Herald. We won’t recount all the grizzly details here but it’s a quick read. What we will talk about is some of the details from the story. So uh…spoilers ahead.
One tease/reveal is the hints of Sir Jerrion’s master: The Summerking. That’s certainly an interesting title for a member of the Flesh-Eater Courts.
That said the title of the Summerking isn’t a new one. In the title belongs to a particular vampire from the World-That-Was named Ushoran. Also known as the Carrion King, he was the first of the Flesh-Eater Courts. He is also called Sumeros Summerking, the Blood-Rose Prince.
It’s going to be a fun time to learn what the Summerking has in store. But this is just one of the four Harbingers coming from the Dawncrusades. We’ll have to wait to find out what else GW has planned for the Age of Sigmar — but we won’t have to wait too long.
