This Dark Elf cosplay roams and kills in darkness, called up by his foul sorceries.
Though Warhammer 40k is a topic of cosplay we see lots of here at BoLS, Warhammer Fantasy is not. Elves and Dark Elves make for some fantastic, whimsical art. It’s no surprise that Elves are one of the races most often cosplayed by fantasy lovers. This week we’re featuring an artist who brings out the dark side of the grimdark, with this sharp Warhammer Fantasy Dark Elf cosplay!
“There are not enough words in your simple tongue to express our hatred for them, Human. Killers, despoilers, slavers, and thieves we name them, but not one of these oft-earned titles begins to describe the depths of their depravity. They have neither mercy nor honour. They roam and kill in darkness called up by their foul sorceries... The capricious folk of Ulthuan claim that they are their despised kin, exiled long ago, but truly, can one ever trust the words of an Elf?“ —Hargrim Furgilsson, Dwarf Trader
Cosplayer Patrick Gallaher has a love of the dark and mysterious. This cosplay includes some gorgeous props, and twin blades that are wicked looking and so lifelike! The detailing and painting of the sigils on his robes are beautiful and sinister. It’s a stunning depiction of this classic Warhammer Fantasy character type. We’re excited to show off this gorgeous Dark Elf cosplay!

“You thought you could insult the Hag Queen of the Witch Elves and live? Now look upon the face of Death.”
