You know it’s a new edition when Space Marines get their codex and a host of new miniatures, all for pre-order next week!

Space Marines are back baybee. And not Adeptus Astartes, either, but Codex Space Marines is here. Leading next week’s pre-orders the Space Marines come dropping in. There’s not just the new codex, but a whole lot of new miniatures as well.

Now it really is a new edition. So you can get all the Marines you need, a lot of whom were previously part of the Leviathan boxed set, on their own. There’s a ton of them, so let’s get right to everything in next week’s pre-orders.

Codex Space Marines

First, the book. Focusing on Marines vs. Nids (at least until Chaos gets their time in the limelight again, which let’s take bets on how long that is), the new Codex has plenty of rules, lore, and Crusade content. In the 216-page book, you’ll find seven complete detachments, and everything you need to run any of them.

And All The Space Marine Minis

Of course if you’re going to use the Codex at all, you’ll need minis. There are so many coming out for pre-order next weekend. If you’ve been waiting, here’s your chance. Everything from troops to heroes comes out. Starting with the new Space Marine Captain with jump pack.

The Chaplain in Terminator Armor will buff and boost your guys while being nigh-invulnerable.

As a fitting retinue for your Captains or Chapter Masters, you’ll also find a squad of Company Heroes, which comes with an Ancient, Company Champion, Captain, and Veterans.

The new Terminators from the Leviathan boxed set are available on their own, with a “full multi-part plastic kit.” So now you can give ’em heavy flamers and cyclone missiles.

Jump Pack Intercessors, meanwhile, are deadly on the charge, and come in packs of five, including a Sergeant who can take hand flamer, plasma pistol, power sword, or power fist.

Sternguard Veterans provide specialized equipment, including a new heavy weapon, the pyrecannon.

It wouldn’t be a GW Space Marines release if there wasn’t a new Lieutenant. And so here’s the Lieutenant from Strike Force Agastus, available on his own.

Less deadly, but bigger, the Brutalis Dreadnought, which is all about melee and getting up close and personal.

While the Desloation Squad provides long range fire in the form of superfrag or superkrak missiles.

You can also pick up the Space Marine Combat Patrol box, and get a ton of elites, including:

  • Five Terminators
  • Five Infernus Marines
  • Terminator Captain
  • Terminator Librarian

All this, next week!
