These anime accessories are magic–or maybe you can use them to make magic. We’re shopping for anime witch accessories.

This week we’ve been looking for the spookiest, silliest, and most thematically appropriate anime accessories for Halloween. We love Halloween, and why wouldn’t we? There’s candy, there’s cosplay, and there’s endless reason to tell spooky stories in the dark. While these anime witches aren’t particularly scary, they are witchy as heck. And that’s as good a reason as any to add them to our Halloween festivities.

1. Magic Book Bag

This crossbody bag doesn’t seem to be referencing any specific anime, but it also reminds us of quite a few different characters. Shaped like a large spell book (or a medium-sized bag) this will keep all of your spell components, extra wands, and candy safe while you’re out in the world making magic.

2. Kiki’s Deliver Service Costume

Kiki might be one of the most famous anime witches out there. And she’s also one of the easiest to dress as. This set has the dress, bow, and messenger bag. And while this particular listing is for adult sizes, you know there are kids Kiki costumes as well. There are lots of anime witches out there and lots of anime witch costumes. So if Kiki isn’t your favorite, keep on looking around. But also, how is Kiki not your favorite?!

3. Burn the Witch

Burn the Witch is a short, five-chapter manga (and anime) series that takes place in the Bleach universe. But if Bleach wasn’t quite your thing, that’s okay. It’s not mine, but I still really enjoyed this anime! Basically, London has reverse London, which is part of the Soul Society where magic stuff happens, and sometimes bad stuff comes from. Also, there are domesticated dragons.

4. Witchy Coloring Book

Are coloring books still popular with adults? I legitimately don’t know because my house has a toddler and roughly a dozen coloring books. But honesty, they should be. Coloring is so calming and mindless- it’s one of my favorite little things to do when I’m anxious or just need to keep my hands busy. Sure, a two-year-old is going to help me with my pictures, but maybe that won’t be the case in your home!

5. Little Witch Academia Figure

Sucy Manbavaran is one of the characters from Studio Trigger’s Little Witch Academia. And while she’s not one of the main characters, she is one of the most popular. She’s a little weird and droopy, and somehow relatable. And in this figure, she’s got a little mushroom that I can only imagine will be used for all sorts of weird magic stuff.

Oh hey! BoLS might make a little dolla-dolla if you decide to buy these items. We need that money to buy spell books, components, and food for our familiars. They’re on a special diet and don’t like it when you forget their food.
