Warhammer: Deathwing Knights, Dawnbringer Coins, and More From Warhammer Stores
April is shaping up to be a busy month at your local Warhammer Store. There’s two coins up for grabs and a Deathwing Knight miniature!
Games Workshop dropped some great news for anyone looking to score some swag from their local Warhammer store. Starting April 6th, you’ll have a shot at getting a free Deathwing Knight Miniature, an authentic Coin Malleus, and also the monthly collectable coin.
Free Deathwing Knight
“These miniatures will be available while stocks last, and they may differ from the one pictured. Ask your local store staff how to claim one – and while you’re in, they can tell you all about the upcoming campaign to celebrate the final chapters of the story of the Dawnbringer Crusades.”
Again, you’ll need to check with the store for how exactly to snag a Deathwing Knight and they are only available while supplies last. That said, a free Terminator is a free Terminator! Even if you’re not playing Dark Angels you could probably find something to do with a free Terminator miniature.
Dawnbringers Crusade – Coin Malleus
Okay, this one is a little more interesting. Games Workshop is going to run a campaign style event for the next three months. This is the run up to the next edition and also in celebration of the Dawnbringers Crusades wrapping up.
Basically, from participating in this event at your local store you can score enough points to earn an “authentic Coin Malleus” from GW.
Now, you may have noticed the theme here is either defending the city or destroying the city. Now, it’s a little fuzzy if the fate of the city will be based on the individual store or if this is more of a regional/global thing. Either way, stop in to your local store, pledge your loyalty, and start earning points to snag a Coin Malleus!
Collectible Coin For April
And finally, we have the Collectible Coin for the month of April. This one takes a xenos turn. In celebration of the arrival of the new T’au Army Box (which is entirely Kroot) GW is releasing a new Kroot Coin!
“This month’s collectable coin comes straight from the T’au Empire, and features iconography from the most widespread auxiliaries employed by the T’au Hunter Cadres – the avian Kroot. Ask staff how you can get your very own Kroot coin, which will also be in store from the 6th of April.”
