Age of Sigmar: New Skaven Reveals

The Skaven are chittering into the spotlight in the new edition. Here come the Skaventide miniatures for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar!

I hope you’ve got plans to deal with a horde of furry rat-men invading your tables. The Skaven are coming and they are looking scary — in that” sickly-yet-ferocious” way that Skaven are known for. Here’s a look at the Skaven units coming in the launch box!

In the Launch box there will be a total of 50 Skaven miniatures to build, paint, and play with. I’m looking forward to loads of the new sculpts. In particular, the Rat Ogors apparently have lots of modular options to play with. I’m also looking forward to the Jezzails and the Ratling Warpblaster. As models at least. Not looking forward to being on the receiving end of those volleys.

It’s also going to be interesting to see how they stack up in Spearhead. Clearly this force is supposed to go toe-to-toe (or claw?) with the Stormcast Eternals also in the box. I’m betting that the Spearhead rules are going to make this one interesting battle for sure.
