Warhammer 40K: Index Emperor’s Children Released by GW
The Dark Prince whispers that today is the day to download the Warhammer 40K Index for his favored Legion – The Emperor’s Children.
GO GO GO!!! The Emperor’s Children and all their units and characters didn’t make an appearance in Codex: Chaos Space Marines, but never fear, because the Dark Prince, Slaanesh has just what you’ve been dreaming about – an all new Index for the Legion.

Within we find the main Legion Rules, as well as rules for:
- Lucius the Eternal
- Noise Marines
While the PDF is short and sweet, it is effectively a tool for constructing a Lucius the Eternal warband. He has to be the army Warlord, and his special ability makes Noise Marines Battleline.
The army CAN take HERETIC ASTARTES units from the CSM codex but none of you dirty Khorne, Nurgle or Tzeench can join in the fun. Everything has to include the SLAANESH option for nay special rules when given the option, such as Marks and others.
Your army special rules stay as Dark Pacts, so everything lines up with the main CSM codex for now.
So, it’s a short and sweet Emperor’s Children Index that will tide the EC community over until the full codex Emperor’s Children arrives sometime in the 10th Edition. So pull out those Noise Marines and plenty of purple and gold paint!
